Jina Alaback, has a Master Degree of Public Administration, is a professional
member of the Municipal Finance Officers Association, Government Finance
Officers Association and Association of Public Treasurers, and is certified
through the Center for Public Investment Management to invest public funds. She
has received GFOA Certificates of Achievement for Excellence in Financial
Reporting and the Ohio Auditor of State Awards of Distinction for excellence in
financial reporting, receiving clean audit reports, and for representing the
highest level of financial accountability and service to the public. Only 5% of
Ohio public agencies receive the State Auditor's Distinction Award.
