Overview
The Utility Billing Department is responsible for utility billing and collections for over 9,000 customers. Utilities provided by the City are water, sewer, and garbage service. If you have problems with billing or service for any of these utilities please contact us.
How do I sign up for Utilities?

How can I pay my bill?
Customers can pay their bill in one of four ways:
- Through our online utility payment portal.
- By enrolling in automatic bill pay from your checking or savings account .
- By mailing or delivering a check; or
- By paying in person at North Canton City Hall at the Utilities window, or at either of the payment kiosks near both entrances. This option accepts cash, check, or credit cards. Utilizing the payment kiosks you may pay your bill 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
