What about the Natural Gas Aggregation program?

Residents currently in the City’s natural gas aggregation program will pay a fixed rate of $5.25 per MCF for all gas billed through the month of October 2026. This is an “opt out” program requiring residents not already enrolled with another supplier to call and ask to “opt out.” Residents may contact IGS Energy at 1-877-353-0162 to opt in or out, or if you have any other questions about the program. Residents are encouraged to visit the PUCO Apples to Apples website to compare prices.
