Located on the southeast corner of the City's square, Bitzer Park provides a picturesque setting in the heart of North Canton in which to relax and enjoy a picnic on one of its many park benches or picnic tables. Capturing the spirit and history of the City, this quaint park features a life-sized bronze sculpture of William H. "Boss" Hoover, founder of The Hoover Company and North Canton's first mayor, sculpted by local artist Don Lundstrom.

Bitzer Park is also home to the North Canton Veterans Memorial, which honors American soldiers and members of the U.S. armed forces who have served throughout the years on the road to peace, including 830 employees at The Hoover Company who served during World War II. Appropriately, a life-sized sculpture of a soldier (also by Lundstrom) salutes all incoming traffic to the City's Square, just north of the park's memorial.
